then that's your issue. it really common. you need a ton more fuel to run on e80. clear/reset that. it should run better.

after you should probably change plugs from being rich fouled, oil from being filled with fuel and o2 sensors because the ecm does math off them to come up with e%.
I did notice that O2 sensors were toggling up and down in opposite values from bank 1 to bank 2...60-80 than up to 825...you can see it in my 3rd pic.

That's the odd thing, it runs great. Its only the flooding issue on first start up of the day. I did plan to do oil change and check plugs.

Not showing any codes to reset.

More fuel to run on e80?

it's not a fault code because it doesn't know anything is wrong. there's a reset somewhere in your scanner.

look into ethanol. it takes something like 30% more volume compared to gas. that's what the alcohol % number is doing. the ecm is adding fuel for the amount of e it thinks is in the fuel tank. usually your truck should be runny pretty badly not just start up. lots of rotten egg smell and worse than normal mpg because of it.

either way. google how to reset alcohol % and see how it does. reset long term fuel trims too if you can

MAP test 1 shows fault
Fuel alcohol content is 80%
Comman A/F equivalence ratio 1 in RED
Loop status closed
Hot open loop inactive

All these are at operating temp 199.4

@j91z28d1 is right on; the calculated alcohol content (by what's known as a virtual sensor) is what is causing the PCM to dump fuel into the system; your Autel should have a function to reset the fuel alcohol content and that will restart the % calculation. Resetting that may also reset the LTFTs.

Again, there was an issue with some of these with the PCM mis-calculating alcohol content, and an updated calibration was made available by GM. If you have a shop that can update modules (GM dealers can, and some shops can) you may want to take it in and have it checked to see if an updated calibration is available.

Thank you. I found the reset function for the alcohol and LTFTs.

Will stop in with my dealer to check for update. Can this be done with a Diablo i2 tuner?

Good news is, that's exactly what they're supposed to do, flutter back and forth.
The impossible goal is 450mV. Since it's impossible, if it ever goes over 500mV, it'll slightly aim low, and if it ever goes under 400mV, it'll aim slightly high.

Change you oil & filter too because there is gasoline in the oil. If you don't the air/fuel trims will be inaccurate because the pcv system will be sucking gas fumes from the crankcase.
Eric O did a video on this situation. Here's the video, at 1:30 he talks about it.

No, the connection to GM programming would be required with something that interfaces. Some indy shops can do programming like that, but everyone pays a licensing fee for a VIN, so there is a little cost involved.
