she looks PHLAWLESS! i usually do that once a year to my vehicles and man the buffing takes some time. i have actually switched to different/better pads and i am going to try something other than "ultimate compound". the worst is when it starts clumping on a pad and it takes so much elbow grease to get it off. she looks amazing though, man. and it is sure rewarding to have it spotless! great job

time for beer and to just stare at it on your driveway :)

I am always amazed how much cheaper some parts are on amazon. :happy107:

I always search around, but seem to come back to Prime because the search is easy and prices most of the time are competitive, if not better. Some of the other sites just don't have very friendly UI's either IMO.

Looking crispy clean as always. Lame about the handle, but it happens.
Couple things , I usually follow a clay bar with a microfiber instead if a wash.
And I usually start at the roof.
But she's now ready for 2018

Oh yea btw....when you shaving that hatch already ?!!:emotions33:

Thx man. That lift gate is going to stay like that for a while, but I know you will be there to push me along to get it shaved completely. :D

Thx man. Time is key and that clumping and extra elbow grease to get the heated up stuff is a pain. Yeah had it all washed up for those photos on Sunday and haven't even been able to get it out of the carport. The work truck was needed, so I had to leave her behind.

Looks awesome, do you do this for a living? Threw out the guy we hired last year to ours as he was a complete knucklehead and a liar.

Thx sir. No I do not, but I have toyed with the idea of doing it on the side.....but then that would be time away from doing my own two trucks and I already get grief from the wife about it. lol I have always had things tidy, organized and super detailed.

Dang man! Looks great! Mine has been so neglected! Especially since we got the Suburban and moved. Basically been a yard ornament lately.
