Ceramic coating? Nano seal coats are decent but at this point a ceramic coating would be a solid investment

Oh yea btw....when you shaving that hatch already ?!!:emotions33:

this is a great idea @Fosscore lol

she looks PHLAWLESS! i usually do that once a year to my vehicles and man the buffing takes some time. i have actually switched to different/better pads and i am going to try something other than "ultimate compound". the worst is when it starts clumping on a pad and it takes so much elbow grease to get it off. she looks amazing though, man. and it is sure rewarding to have it spotless! great job

time for beer and to just stare at it on your driveway :)

:happy160:

if u have a problem with the ultimate compound clumping 1 of 2 things is going on. u need to apply a little more pressure and heat it up or u have hit the full duty cycle and its time to wipe it and add more compound. I love the ultimate compound but I mainly use it for touch ups and and small scuffs I may get. on a full buff job I always come back to the M105 and M205 combo the 105 will eat most defects away very quickly and the 205 polishes out like a mirror. the best thing is the work window, the polish stays soft for a very long time and the compound is Non degrading you could literally work the compound to dust (would never do that but u can lol) and then just hit it with a spritz of water and it will soften right back up. it is not cheap but you cant argue with results! pretty sure @Fosscore uses the 3M perfectit system and I know others have had great results with it as well.

Thx man. Good info. Yes I use the 3M Perfect-It 3 step system. Thankfully I don't have to go for the HD stuff, but the roof sure needed the compound and some repeat passes as well as some extra pressure.

Showed the wife this movie for the first time like a months ago. She was *LOL"

Great movie. Thankfully I do not work in an office.

Super clean

Thx man.
