Tried to sell the wife on a new center console/cup holder today. You know the one that we should have had in there with more room?

Must be a stock photo, because it is never this clean. lol
Kind of like cleaning the house because kids are coming over to trash it.

She rubbed the faux wood grain and said that she understood it was better without that tiny useless felt covered cubby up in front, but she liked the wood. That it made it look classy and she did not want to change it out at this time.

:( I wanted it.

:) I let her make the decision.

:bleh: Still not making headway with lowering it. She likes being "up high".

Maybe I' should just sneak that McGaughy's reverse leveling kit in for a "slight" drop?

 Can I do something to the Tahoe then?
Pull a 07burb and say it needs new shocks and do lowering kit while putting in new “shocks”

You should have her talk to my wife. i did the lowering on mine without talking to her first and she likes it. If I would have run it by her first she would have never agreed to it LOL But she likes it and is glad that it was done.

It will only happen if I don’t tell her and that’s why I would pick that 2-3” level for the rear only. Lol

She has told me numerous times NO!

She likes the way it feels on the road even better than the K2XX models. She thinks they feel too loose on the steering.

Ahem...woman listen to me. Lower center of gravity = better handling.

We’re not talking about bagging the thing, but that rear wheel gap is just too much for a long body that does not tow.

She won’t even notice the height differential.

:hmmm2:

Peer pressure....
LOL I think your thought of just leveling out the rear is legit. That's an easy thing to accomplish without any hassle and won't change the ride at all. So I'd definitely go with that and that'll keep her happy plus take a baby step towards lowering. I started out that way too before taking the plunge LOL
