How to cut the frame horns for a hd conversion is down many inches i need to lower the frame horn i be seeing different measurements what the actual measurement they be saying 1.5 inches and others be like more.others be less like 1 inch i need help

It's ~1.5 inches BUT each one should be individually measured & test fit. Depends on how much or little gap you're ok with between bumper & grill.

Do lots of test fits, mocking up, & measuring before you settle.

And with what i can cut the frame horns more safer and do i need to buy brackets for the side bumper brackets
