Free mods/Polished throttle body/coolant bypass

The other day i took the throttle body off of my 02 hoe and it had alot of black carbon build up on the back and around the blade so I cleaned it all off. I figured while it was off i would sand smooth all of the rough edges. After it was smooth I also polished it with aluminum metal polish. I was going to put an ls1 throttle body on it but they are the exact same size so I just polished mine. I also bypassed the coolant line that goes into the throttle body in order to get cooler air. Easy and free upgrade, no really noticable horsepower gain, but seems to pull somewhat harder at higher rpm.

This MOD is nice, but adds maybe 1HP LOL, It's mostly just to help keep the throttle body clean

Yes, Anthony true, but it was also free and if its free its for mee I started with like 150 sand paper and just got smoother and used scotch bright then polish. Left one is polished, right is new stock ls1.
