Front Brakes - Rookie Question

Do I unbolt the regular bolt or the star head bolt? Both are super stuborn. Thanks.

You can just unbolt the bottom caliper bolt and loosen the upper. That's how I do it anyway.

I'm not exactly sure which 2 bolts you're refering to. Do you have a pic to post up? If not, just look at the caliper. You should easily be able to tell which 2 bolts hold the caliper on, because you can see that they go from one side of the bracket to the other, with the caliper in between. If you don't already have one, I suggest getting a Haynes manual. There about $20 and they have everything you need to know about your truck.
