Fuel Gauge

The quick and dirty. Fuel gauge had the hummingbird effect. Sent it to company to have that fixed. $120 later, problem fixed, but gauge barely moves now. Just replaced the pump/sending unit with new Delco part and the problem remains. Gauge stays just below half tank. Checked the ground and it's good. Any ideas....I'M DYING HERE...

I'm thinking the same thing. Its not so much a "new" gauge as such. Th company injected a silicone in it to stop the butterfly effect...which did work. The gauge worked a short time after I got it back but has since stopped.

Yea I'd send it back and demand for repair since it has to do with what they did to it
