Spider replacement now pulling codes!

Ok It's a little warmer 16, so I went out and checked the cap and wires. Everything seems in place and in decent shape, so now i'm getting codes when I start besides the miss. PO102 and PO1351 maf and ignition control high voltage. Wasn't getting that before just the miss with no code. Do i need to pull this thing apart and check that the injectors are all in and seated? I open the butterfly and smell fuel though I assumed I would since it's where the injectors and fuel mixture are.

Not sure if this is an issue with this. There is a hard plastic vacuum line that comes across the engine. OD maybe 1/8". I broke this when replacing the fuel spider and instead of buying and replacing I put a piece of tight fitting vacuum line to connect the two pieces. would this cause anything? Do I need to get this replaced?

Another thing is vacuum sound coming from the butterfly is really loud. Didn't seem that way before. Sprayed carb cleaner around intake and fuel meter and no difference in idle. just running rough, especially with the two codes.

OK Sunlit. Checked the wire at the thermostat housing and it was tight and no frays. I loosened it and turned it as it was close to the thermostat. Took it for a drive and still missing. Stopped at a mechanic down the street and he put his computer on it and we took off and #2 cylinder misfire came up. So I checked the plug, which is an NGK with 6k miles on it. It was brown at the bottom and a little over gaped otherwise ok. Put in a new ac delco and put an inline spark checker on it and it has spark. This is an auto craft cap and rotor. Took that off. Nothing looks out of order. Don't see any burn marks. There is a white residue on the tip of each contact though it is consistent on all contacts.
If the injector was loose and not spraying in the hole correctly would that cause a misfire? I can see it from the butterfly and I have pushed on it with a blunt tool so I won't tear anything. Not sure what to look for on the cap other than just replace it and see if that's it. I'm now after changing the spark plug getting a misfire code on my scanner.

still misfire

OK Installed new AC Delco Cap and rotor. Pulled the throttle body off and checked #2 injector "seemed " tight, cleaned throttle body and reinstalled with new gasket. still #2 misfire. Took #2 wire off and put #1 wire on put #2 wire on #1 cylinder still a misfire. #2 cylinder wire was a white spark, the old #2 wire now on #1 cylinder was yellow. NO CODES!!!!!!!!!!!! Went to mechanic down the street and he gave me another wire to try. Now the #1 spark is white but when I set it on the manifold it will arc at the boot and at the wire at the end of the boot. Still missing with NO CODES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Could #1 now be missing but not enough to cause a code??? I went out and drove it for 10 miles. no codes.
gonna take er back to the mechanic tomorrow and have his computer check things. Don't know how many times he will do that for free. The engine ran fine before the misfire and the replacement of the fuel spider.

Thought it might be the wires so I replaced the autolites with ac delcos and replaced the NGK's with ac delcos and just took it for a drive and #2 came up. The NGK that I had put in in September in Avon, IN was brown. The new AC delco that i put in last week was brown on the bottom. Both looked the same.
This was the injector that I had installed into the #4 slot and pulled out and put in the correct spot. Since I had pulled it out of #4 I double checked to make sure nothing was in it. But after today it has to be the injector. It sure didn't run like this before all this.

The plug condition was light brown. No wetness like it wasn't firing. And compared to the other plugs they were all medium brown. Not sure if I can post pictures yet or I would take a pic of one. They looked like the normal pic on the spark plug guide but not as dark, a little lighter brown. Wasn't sure of the warranty on those spiders, if I could just get one injector replaced or not. I'm going to check when I get the intake off again and make sure it's seated like on the "mystery solved" post and see what it does.
