Fuel pressure testing issues

Hi,
My 2003 chevy tahoe 5.3L Gas won't start anymore. I parked it finely an evening and the day after it refuses to start. It cranks but won't start.

I just received this test pressure gauge :

I found the pressure port and screw my gauge on it. The needdle doesn't even move when I turn the key on "ON". I hear the pump but nothing.
I was wondering if the port or the thread of it was specific to GM?

I`m not sure about the gauge but if you can hear the pump come on and the gauge isn`t reading any pressure it`s a long shot but when is the last time you changed your fuel filter? I have seen completely clogged filters but that was in older cars with metal tanks and rust clogged the filter, our trucks have plastic tanks but changing it is cheap and easy, if it has never been changed it may be your problem.

remove the schrader valve inside the fuel rail. You need a tire shrader removal tool doohickey

Agreed, turn on the ignition and use a pen to push in the schrader valve. You should have fuel coming out immediately. If not, remove the fuel filter and then turn the ignition on again and see if the fuel comes out from the fuel line coming from the tank.
