A previous thread discussed troubles with filling the fuel tank. Immediately after starting, the autofill nozzle on the gas pump shuts off. It just continues to repeat. You can fill, but only by very slightly squeezing the fill handle. I replaced the Canister Vent Valve, P/N 2-282567 and it didn't help. What's next?

Could be a bad evap canister, bad purge solenoid, bad vent valve or even a pinched, plugged or collapsed line

Gonna have to drop the tank and blow out the lines. (You can check for kinks when out) Most likely Your charcoal cannister is damaged and is spitting charcoal pellets into the vent lines. No other way. Tank drop isnt too bad. (At least you know there isnt much fuel in there). Charcoal cannister is around $100 if you shop around.
