I would really like a full length roof rack for my Denali to hold the over-sized spare for my lift. It has the factory vertical rails and the factory cross bars. Then I would like to attached a bike rack to the roof rack. Has anyone ever seen this setup before? I can't seem to find anything.

Nope. Have never even heard of a full-length rack, and you can't put the longer one from a suburban or Yukon XL on, the mounts don't line up the same.
About all you can do is have a frame made that would tie in to the existing rack, and have it extend out toward the front. Then you could make whatever mounts you needed, for the tire, bikes, kayaks, skis, etc...
I'm not saying you couldn't piece together a couple of the factory roof racks, and drill new holes in your roof for mounts, but the roofline slopes towards the windshield, your modified roof rack would have to slope with it.

I've seen that they make racks for the escalade. Will those fit?

Same body style. If there is one for an Escalade, I've never seen one.
Ya it looks like at least Thule has one for an 06 Escalade ESV. Also I just drove past a 07+ Yukon XL body style and it looked like it had the same roof rails and crossbar that I have.
