This one?! And I have 3.42 ratio.
Gears are a bit high for the tire size. That scanner ad is for the case only. The scanner will do live data but you will need to get up in to Tech 2 or better for lots of info. I just bought an Ancel MK808S for less than $400. I am still playing with it.

It does have the option for life monitoring and breaks down the info everyone has told me to get but I don't know that the reading would be accurate on it.

anything it tells you is probably accurate. they just don't normal have the pid info load and display. if they do, it's usually right or completely crazy if it's wrong. like it won't be off a little bit it will either work or not.

what's the fuel trims look like, long term and short term. if they arw postive numbers, that how much fuel. it's adding like say a long term of 10 is adding 10% more fuel.

Here's a somewhat detailed video on diagnosing a clogged cat. The last half deals with the analysis of how Wes arrived at the decision to check the backpressure, along with his sketches of how things work -- or should.

eventually this is what happened with me another cat, drove around town fine, but if you tried to go wot anything above 50-60mph it turned into a gutless lawn mower. Going wot for me is a daily thing so I knew something was seriously wrong.
the 3rd cat (not monitored) was clogged up.
I had 5 psi at idle and 10 under throttle

THANK YOU so much for everyone's feedback. I used the scanner I had and took some screen shots. This is idling - truck had just been driven for about 10 min, then sitting for few minutes and started back up to get the values. I tried to show the fluctuation too so I took several screen shots.
