There is a video showing how that clip works. It helps to know how and where to squeeze. I think I used a flat head screwdriver pressing the button and a 5 in 1 painters tool to twist the connection off at the same time and while laying on my back

Did you have to turn your ball cap around backwards?

A shout out to AT&T linemen and techs. You guys are the best. In our SoCal beach city we’re still on the orig copper lines or overloaded 1970 cable TV wire orig made for channel 2-13 +UHF.

When our AT&T copper $35 mo 30 mbps broadband rotted out all the way back to the switch out tech said (in confidence) RUN!

He referred us to Costco to get a T-Mobile 5G unlimited wireless router for $30 mo. Ironically the only other option, that cable company we may have had to go with is Named just like their customer service, CÖX.

When we used to use CŌX I discovered they’ll still cash your check each month if you make it out to Cöcks.

Home connections are limited, to the old hardware buried, between you and the main source.

It took me 3 times to get the latest router..... They try to give you the old crap, to dump it.
