Truck is sitting about 7" above stock in front and 5 1/2" in back according to the lift. I'm gonna decrank the torsion bars so they sit level in the front. For some reason the zone lift (came off my 1500) sits really ****** high up on the tahoe. I'm thinking its like 8" above stock in front right now wish I would have measured ha.

Things gonna be ******* prime, nfab steps, TAG bumpers front rear, nnbs tow mirrors, black carpet interior front tan plastics (new dash & 2002 tahoe center console) its LT package so its all leather and full power everything and the interior is in GREAT condition. I've got 2 type R 12's in a really nice dual ported box for the rear. A 1000 watt Alpine amp for the subs and a JL 3 channel for the speakers think I'm gonna run some really nice JL speakers and got the new CDA 117 ready to run it all. Re painted a good grille in Satin black and got a new red/black bowtie for it. So all black accents on the truck will be satin or line x'd black (plan to line x the bumpers soon). Thing is gonna be ******' tittiesssssss!

I love it. Making your hoe just how you want it. It'll last forever and even doing all the stuff you're doing it's still cheaper than buying a new truck!

Id be curious to know what this is costing you. If you dont want to post that info up, PM me if you don't mind sharing that info.

Went to go put the bumpers on today. Didn't have air tools and lacking anything but wrenchs and rachets. Long story short it was pretty pathetic I struggled for 3 hours getting the rear bumper off everything was just coated in dirt and rust back there. It is literally the only place where theres any rust or corrosion and it wasn't that but it was enough to make it a *****. Turns out I'm gonna have to cut and reweld the mounting brackets for the rear bumper. I'm gonna do the front bumper on wednesday and that'll just go right on. So little bump in the road but nothing to bad. Motor cranks but doesn't turn over but everything is great just need to wait on a tune unfortunetly it'll be a couple days so I'm looking at going into thursday and friday but I'm very confident it'll be done this week. I'll spend Wednesday/Thursday doing bumpers/interior and little stuff and then it'll be time for it to come home hopefully!

Funny how I thought i'd be all day 20 days ago. A proper drivetrain swap and a mild restoration of my truck will go well into a month. Just fair warning to all who wish to do this it takes a lot of time/money/patience. BTW, doing dual batteries in the engine bay to simplify things.
