Since I basically have the same setup you are getting, here is my experience over the last 8 months/ 10,000 miles...
1. No doubt in my mind get the 22's....the 20's look too small on these new models. However, with that being said, now that there are so many other OEM and rep's available I might have gone with stock 22's and sold them for way more than the $900 upgrade on eBay. Then used that money to buy whichever 22's I wanted OEM or reps. Either way at least go with the cheap upgrade 22's and go from there.
2. Color matched body side moldings are standard on LTZ
3. I got the factory mats throughout and for me they didn't provide enough coverage to my liking. I like the entire carpet covered so I outfitted the entire vehicle with Husky Liners. Don't add them now, if you want the stock all-weather mats, PM me and I'll send you some pics and I'll make you a deal on them.
4. Trailer hitch close-out standard on LTZ
5. Rails are an easy add and you will save $50 by not getting them from the dealer. Check out GMpartsdirect.com or other similar sites
6. Bridgestone Dueler H/L Alenzas - Just had first snow storm and they handled just fine. They are not an A/T tire by any means but they handle pretty good overall. My next tire will be a Michelin A/T
7. WDT is worth the extra coin in my opinion. Looks great!
8. Don't get hood deflector but if you are worried get the clear bra. I had it on my '07 and it did a decent job but I chose not to put it on my '15 as I didn't like the look of it after 6 years of weathering the 3M coating.
9. If you are worrying about it then just add the undercarriage protector but don't get it from dealer again you can save money through sites like listed above.
Good luck and congrats...you will love it!
