GM Advanced 2-way Remote Start

Well, I finally bought a kit. It came in today, and obviously I can't install it because it requires a Tech-II programmer, but here are some pics of it compared to a normal key fob in case anybody was wondering:

It's GM! It has 3 times the range of the regular remote, and does all the same things plus shows odometer readings, fuel level, tire pressure, and can change the radio station or song track. And 1 remote can do this for 2 vehicles, provided you install the other equipment in both vehicles. I think it's really neat, I got it for $100 shipped.

Shit man, that is neat, and it's not much more then the regular remotes. Never new they had something like that.

The complete kit. It came with an antenna that's mounted on the 3rd row passenger-side window, and then a little black box that they install which receives the commands and communicates with the remote.

Thats a good price for the part!
The install will run atleast $100+ though.

The antenna should go on the driver's side. The passenger side has the heated windows and the strips on the windows can interfere with the radio signal
