What my thinking was to lower the rear and put some cooper LTZ tires on it and it would handle great all year round. Plus right now I have major body roll taking corners and not happy with it. Thats why I want a change.

I think you will be happy with the lower stance. IMO you will need lower profile tires (at least 20-inch wheels), stiffer shocks (hopefully the kit comes with properly tuned shocks), and aftermarket sway bars.

Well the Tahoe is at stock height right now. Now deciding how much I need to go down in the rear. After removing everything I am about 1.75" taller in the rear but I would assume it will settle a little in the front.

I went down by 2" inches in the rear. Take a look at my albums and you can see before and after pics.

PLAN B is my vote.

I am working on plan B right now. Well kind of plan B.

Just going to lower the rear and find a good set of OEM 20's.

But I need to find a kit get it shipped to me by next weekend. I have a line on a kit from a member but wouldn't get it for two weeks. Kind of want it by next weekend.

Yes but his kit requires two 1" spacers to give me the 2" drop. Not a fan of that. Plus I need about an 1.5" drop. So I would have to run a 2.5" spacer with his springs. Not go IMO.

Well just finished installing the kit from Tony in the rear and I sit close to level. The rear sits about .25-.5" lower now with a spacer on the bottom and top. I didn't take it for a ride yet. Will do later today.

Also Tony can I use a 1.5" spacer on the bottom with no issues to bring it up to level?

You have a spacer on each end of the spring? That doesn't sound optimal (read: safe)...
