Good deal on a '07 Denali?

It would be a good deal if it was $2500-3000 less. At its curent pricing, its too much for a close to stock Denali with minor mods.

Mods don't affect the pricing of a vehicle. They just either push people away or draw them to the car.

That being said, one of my dad's friends bought a 2007 Escalade with the same mileage as that Denali for $2000 less.

Not sure about that. That would be like saying a stock 07 Tahoe would sell for the same price as mine if they had the same mileage!

I meant mods as in engine mods and stuff like that. Adding leather or DVD players, navs, anything like that will attract more buyers, and therefore you could probably ask for more money. BUT, Kelley Blue Book doesn't ask you about what all mods you've done, so a lot of our customization mods won't count when it comes to their resell value.

Thanks for the replies...

If it's still available next weekend (I have to travel 2.5 hours to see it) and I haven't found anything better, I was going to see if they'd take 28-29k...we'll see.

I know it's still a relatively new model, but reliability at 75k-150k shouldn't be a problem...right?

Nope. They might have minor problems here and there but there should be no reason for it to start having big issues.

I'm new here but have done lots of pricing research preparing to sell mine.

This isn't a bad price if you love the specific mods. I'm sure you can find cheaper as others have said.

As a reference point, my LT3 is for sale with all of the options listed for this Denali, except that I have 56K miles. (I'll post it up on this board when my post count qualifies:)) For a data point, I'm asking $29K and my Tahoe is IMMACULATE and fully serviced with records.
Good luck with your search!

I just bought my 07 Denali XL, with 66k on it, for $30k even, shipped to Cali from Texas, from a dealer. Shop around, that seems pricey.
