No way in hell those are accurate miles.
With that custom gauge cluster, I'd bet my left nut that the miles on that cluster were zero whenever it was installed.

that's not the original instrument cluster and 35,383 mi (EXCEEDS MECHANICAL LIMITS) means the mileage is wrong
that's a old term for it's been rolled over

Not for Co-Part it doesnt. The will say Mileage Not Actual when they have proof of that, or the odometer isnt working.
