Good price for 2011 LS?

The best offer a dealer has offered me is $33,000 even for a standard 2011 Tahoe LS. Do you guys think that's a good price?

According to TrueCar, the estimated dealer cost of the Tahoe is $33,515. What do you think? Thanks!
