It is my understanding they don't due to the aforementioned difficulty of opening the OEM housing. Let's say that they can use an OEM housing...that would turn your "$600 retro" into $1100 due to the price of OEM housings

I haven't really seen this color of a tahoe, man is that thing sweet looking. I would love to get some retros like these.

Nice work they turned out great! I really want to mod the headlights on my 07 Sub and glad I joined this forum to be educated on how to correctly use hids. I'm definitely going to try to this mod myself.
