Did you have to do any trimming. I ask because i'm looking at a 9.5 wide 22" wheel and like the look of the 285/45/22

Width wise 305/40/22.
That tire is a little shorter than 285/45/22.
But it isn't noticeable to the eye.

285/45/22 32.10
305/40/22 31.61
305/45/22 32.81

Personally I'd do 305/40
Or 285/45.
Since you're lowered or lowering I'd do 305/40 for that street look.

A/t tires do 305/45. For the looks.
You may rub a little but not forever.

I didnt have to do any trimming and there is no rubbing even at lock.

Just got back from a 1000 mile trip and the drive was great. These tires are very quite on the road and have a great AT look to them. I also just put on a B&B exhaust and it sounds so much better than the stock with SLP tip.

I actually think it is quieter at cruising speeds than the stock setup was.
