I dont see any need to nit pick the guy over a few bucks here and there... its a killer deal either way! I think I might have to ship this to my dorm just for fun!

I can't say how much just the hood is, but I went in and was quoted $360 for painting the hood and my smooth vent caps. So, I would assume a little over $250 for just the hood. At least where I'm at. I didn't do any shopping around because the guy is a friend of mine and said was going to drop the price way down anyway. But, that's what he quoted me before the price drop.

Also, mine was a body shop, not sure if just a paint shop would be more or less.

so my offer was accepted. this is one hell of a deal. thank you garry for posting the link for this. one less mod on the ever growing list. cant wait to get it painted and installed. its going to look sick.

I was quoted $360 for just a spray and hope it matches OE color on the hood and $700 for a complete match with blended fenders and everything
