Haahaa- need advice, decodes, etc

1996 Tahoe w/ 5.7. Noticed a few loud mechanical sounds coming from the engine. Also, misfiring like a mad truck- popping through the throttle body, misfiring going up grades, etc.
Started with tune up parts= cap, plugs. rotor, wires, distributor, etc. No change. Then I got brave...

1). Found/replaced three SHOT roller lifters 2 on #4, 1 on #1
2). Followed by 2 BENT pushrods from cylinder #4
3). Pulled the following codes: PO106, 141,135,327,340 and 441.

Looks like I need a new engine. I can get a bunch of 5.3's, but few 5.7's. Also, could use help on the engine removal. Any tips, etc???

details about the truck would help, year and so on. a 350 is a reasonably cheap motor to work on and modify. The 350 is a direct replacement that is about is easy as it gets.
