for 1.5 drop you will be fine. Before you do anything i always have the customer measure from ground to fenderlip on level ground so I set him/her up the right way.

What does your truck measure right now?

Both front: 36
Both rear: 37 3/4

LUCKY my truck was higher than yours stock

so back your looking at going to about 36.5 im assuming. You can do the 5301 springs and then I can send you new links in mail and you can screw them in and go from there. ORRRRRRRR ive had a few trucks and i mean a few where the rear autoride when i removed the air from the shocks came down nicely. You might be able to just adjust the rods on the frame and get the look you want.

If you go under the passengers side look at the shock and then remove the plastic clip thats on the airline coming in and let all the air come out. Do this on level ground and then just jump on the rear bumper 3-5 times.

Then remeaure the truck and look at it again if its the look you like I can just send you the new links and you can put those in and be done with it.

So I think for now I'm just going to instal the Hotchkis front/rear sway bar kit.

Then in a couple of months I'm probably going to get some 24s for this truck, then I'll remeasure and see exactly where I want to be, and get a drop kit on that basis. If I decide to stick with 22s, then I'[ll just get the 5301 springs and links from Tony.

On a side note, I did contact H&R, and their 2" drop kit with autoride does come with new links.

His SUV is too new to have any noticeable lean. When I had 15k miles I did not have any lean either. I Barely do now unless my tank is at 3/4-full.

I think sways bars can be kind of stopgap if the springs are soft. GMs history has been soft springs and huge sway bars, especially in passenger cars.
The downside to sways is that large ones can make a independent front or rear suspension less independent.
You can really make a vehicle crash over small bumps with huge sways.
I had an olds intrigue which had the largest sway bars GM put on the wbody cars. It was painful on cracked pavement and a washboard dirt road would slow you to less than 10 miles an hour, while a dodge intrepid of the same year could drive that road at 35 mph.
Soft springs allow for a lot of pitch and dive. Nothing worse than a vehicle whose front end rises up like a boat under acceleration and dives for the road under braking.
Also not a fan of progressive springs at all.
Would like to see coilovers for the g mt900s, it would solve a lot of issues and ultimately save some mony.
