Keep in mind that you usually can't get away with just painting the hood, you'll need to blend the fenders too so it all matches.

Thanks! I just bought an 03 Tahoe LS with 130K on it for $3000....needed a blower motor resistor and airbag.

Already repalced both, now to spruce it up a bit and use it as my daily while i finish supercharging my Camaro.

Ill post a build log once i take some pictures, hopefully tomorrow. Love this thing, minus the handling like a sailboat compared to my Camaro!
Lower it, upgrade the swaybars and endlinks, and you might be surprised how well it handles.

Yup, thats the plan.

Right now its on big balloon tires.....which certainly arent helping.

Oh yeah, I forgot tires with small sidewalls. I'm running 26's but even 22's make a big difference in cornering.

Would you say your 26's are heavier then your stockers? Picking up the 22's I almost busted a gut!
