headlights don't work off switch

I was thinking the same thing.. I'll have to order a new one and see if it's that

Having the same issue, checked fuses, replaced both dash sensors, replaced headlamp switch, still not functioning properly, next I will be trying a bcm.

El capitan let me know how that work out for you.. I know with these trucks if one problem occur electrically it's messes with other electrical parts..

Classic Buick GMC of Carrollton says I will have it in 1-3 days and I'll have one of the guys at Pro-Tech Electronics flash it to my vehicle and I will let you know.

Finally got protech out to my shop today. No luck. However after BCM replacement we pulled codes for ambient light sensor low input which was not present before, so BCM may have been bad anyways), so what I am going to do now is order 2 light sensors (since I am going to have the dash apart anyways) and check wires to light sensors and replace sensors again. Won't have time until Sunday to do so, will update as soon as possible.
