Thanks but too late, I just used some spit, lol, she was tough inserting at first. Was on the fence about using lube thinking it might harm the O-ring.

As my dad...and I sometimes say...if it had a little hair around it...:D

Glad it worked out, just replaced one of my O2 sensors today, have three more on order from 1aauto - at 29.99 a piece I cannot beat that. Truck runs better now as well. Wondering if I should wait to install them though and replace the cats first...we shall see.

Old school eh? Anyways what brand are those O2 sensors? and was your truck idling rough at times or are you replacing because of an engine light?
