Thanks all for the warm welcome. I will post some pics of my ride when I get back home, I am out of town on business until the end of this week, then again most of next week, but I will get them up, promise.
Ive been looking for a Tahoe or a Yukon Denali too... how much did you pay for it? Here in socal, LTZ 07s are going for 10k less than brand new ones with a good 30-40k miles on it... IMHO, isnt a new one worth getting then?

Well as I mentioned, I think I got a really smokin deal because it had some minor body work done to it. I bought it from a used car wholesale lot and paid only $23,800 for it with 47K miles on it and almost every option. Vehicles with this mileage and options are going for 26-30K around here.
You got a hell of a deal brother! I think i should really negotiate a used one at the lot... new cars are nice but saving money is nicer.
any major diff in 07-09 to a new 2010 models on both Tahoe/Yukon Denali models? I think v4/v8 management display is new for 2010 models and Tahoe loses 6.3L engine...

I totally did. I have the v4/v8 management display, I think. I mean it shows me when it is in each mode if that is what you mean. If you are patient and do your homework you too can find a good deal. I negotiated on a white one a month ago with the same options for $25,600 with 42K miles. I declined mostly because i really wanted black and wanted to pay even less. It took me about 3 months of waiting and looking for the right deal to come along. I am trying to buy Volant Super Tips, but can't find them anywhere! Anyone here know?

From one Newb to another...Welcome. Sounds like you got a nice deal. I paid around $26K for mine with 52K miles.

Yes and welcome you as well. Yeah, the nice thing is that even though it had some body work done, it still has a clean title.
Well, Im not in a hurry to get into a Tahoe/Yukon but I will wait ad search diligently for a good deal.
40-50k miles on a used car at a half of the price in 3 years.. thats a good deal...

Finally got a chance to take some quick pics with my phone of my rig. It is pretty stock, other than the front tint, blacked out emblems all around even the wheels and swiss cheese airbox mod. Next to come is the SLP exhaust tip (on the way) and I am going to paint the brake calipers black. That will probably be in for now until I find something else to do.
