it's a different part number..so am i understanding your going to scrap it because you cant find a shift cable? they should be available at most parts stores.
I believe all the way forward is park, but it could be the opposite one or the other, you can fix it temporary with a zip tie and a washerOK update I went under it and yes the bushing is broken it's hanging loose

the pin lever looks like the one on the 4L60E
2LM70 is a beefed up 4L60E anyways.... as far as i know....
I have a spare washer and extra wire with me just in case...
Yes I get two so I can have both done at once ( if one failed most likely the other will fail also )
and if i can't get the parts for it... then take the tahoe to the salvage yard (i'm taking off the cats then scrap them though so i can get $$$$ for them)
