Help i have a loud crazy noise in the rear end

So i changed the transfer case fluid this weekend,it was low about a qt. This did not fix my issue. Have noticed it being more consistent at low speeds turning slight left. Keep in mind its a rotational noise. Its defently coming from the rear end. Get me thinking it would be the wheel bearing but i visually inspected it while it was installed, i just pulled the axels. Is this a reliable way to check them out? I also have a slight whine when going about 40 with the slightest pressure on the accelerator. Didnt think they would be related but tou never know. Any thoughts?

I just wanted to add that just very recently i can get a grind/noise on Bumps. today at work i had to park in the grass and when i left i went over a couple bumps and i heard it again. When i swaped out the rear end im thinking maybe something might not be tight enough or something. Going to check the suspension components tonight. Any thoughts are appreciated

Just to reiterate the situation, noise clunk or grind only happens at start up under 20 miles per hour. Goes away after 20 seconds or so. The rear end is a 3.73 g80. Fluid has been changed and additve added. New ujoint on pinion flange. Cant find anything online simular. Well heres a new video. Any help or pointer is much appreciated.

When you said you check the brake system, did you also check the parking brake? Just a thought
