My Yuk ran great all day. As I was coming home from work, she stalled approaching a light. "Oil level Low" flashed in the message center. I checked oil, and it was at the bottom of the dipstick so I added some. Message never came back on. She started but couldn't get an idle above 100rpms and just kept stalling. I pushed her into a gas station and got some gas (thought maybe my gas gauge broke and I ran out). Still no go. I eventually killed the battery and now it's sitting in the gas station Until the morning for their mechanics to look at. I'm at their mercy. Weird thing is that my obd2 scanner isn't picking up any codes at all. I want to figure this out and go get my Yuk before they tear into it. Anyone?

My 01 xl did that and it was a really dirty throttle body that was the problem. Wasn't closing all the way to was letting in too much air and kept stalling at stop signs. But it drove fine on the highway.

That's cheap for installed, make sure it's on OEM one!
Yea, its going to be a Delphi or Carter.
The price is making me wonder if it was just a bad ground....if I knew yesterday what I know now......
But the symptoms really seem to indicate a fuel pump that crapped out.

Ya i was gonna say fuel pump. Always try whacking the bottom of the fuel tank for last ditch effort to get home.

Doubt it was just a bad ground.. these are known for fuel pumps.
