I have an 03escalade with bose, satellite radio, rear dvd, steering controls. Will an 05touch and nav radio work with my truck. I don't need the navigation I just really want it for the touch screen usage and cause the price is cheap as hell. Just wanna make sure it will work with my trucks setup. The screen has bose, nav for sure but just wanna make sure ig will plug n and play everything minus the navigation

If its compatible you will have to pay the stealership to program it. Save yourself some headache and just get a good aftermarket a/v or nav unit with the proper integration modules. Just my 2 pennies.

Also would they have to program it for the navigation? ? Cause I really don't car if the nav would work. As long as the radio dvd sat radio will work I'm good with that

You can always buy it and flip it if it doesnt work. Put it on craigslist or ebay but remember they have a theft lock. Pretty sure it does so meet him at the dealer to make sure its not stolen

In 03+ I believe the radios are programmed to the vehicle they are in. The 02 and prior radios had a 4 digit code for theftlock but the 03+ were programmed to the vehicle so nav or no nav, I believe to the best of my knowledge they have to be programmed to your vehicle. Also, for the nav to work you will need a GPS antenna.

Like Brett said, you will need the antenna. I got mine from Amazon for around $70. It will turn on and got to a screen that says theftlock activated. You will have to get a dealer to reprogram it to your truck. That will cost around $95. I did the conversion and I love it. I got mine at a good price, $200. $50 is a steal, hope it isn't stolen. The sell for $500 - $600 on eBay every day.

If it all plugs in fine would at least the radio, cd, sat radio, and rear dvd work. After I get it programmed? ?

My truck had the two antennas on the roof. Satellite and the other is maybe the onstar? ?

correct, but if you didn't have nav from the factory, it won't have a GPS antenna. They are usually under the dash on a metal plate.
