I knew I should have linked the cavity number to wire to side sorry will look when I get home. As for gas in the oil that would be because of the massive fuel dumping into some cylinders. It is washing down the cylinder walls and seeping past the rings into the crankcase.

Welcome to the internal combustion engine. So if I understood you right you just replaced the heads, manifold, TBI unit?

Just for the bell of it while still under warranty chuck that ecm and double check application in case the wrong one was installed when you got it. Kind concerned it may have the incorrect prom too. Up to you but I would feel bad if you had a chance to do it and it got forgotten. Wire problems or not it seems like the ecm is screwing over an injector real bad.

no thats all stock still. i rebuilt the tbi and cleaned it out and changed the gaskets with BWD P/N 12130. mods are as follows.
new alternator.
new fuel pump.
new fuel pump relay.
new ecm.
new ignition coil.
newer MAP sensor
new plugs.
new wires.
cleaned dizzy cap n rotor.
rocker arms adjusted correctly.
new TPS.
new IAC.
new O2 and new exh mani flange hardware on drivers side.
new CTS and pigtail.
half bottle of seafoam in gas tank, half in crankcase, then oil change.
EGR vacuum hose plugged.
thats all from me.
when i got it i was informed the previous owner had fixed the intake mani leak before it started. but he said nothing about a head gasket job, however the drivers side head gasket has new bolts in it and a blue felpro gasket underneath so im assuming once upon a time that job was done.
thats it other than cleaning it a ***** ton.
also theres a ground running from the fuel pump to the frame that looks custom. and i fixed my grounds under the hood on my passenger side.

can u check your crank angle sensor. maybe cam sensor. i think they may be bouncing around and causing your issue. what does the computer think your coolant temp is? lets try to figure this out... this is getting old, isnt it? lol
