Welcome from Oregon. 99-02 had EGR on the exhaust manifolds but I believe the cats are the same.

Definitely need to know if the rig has all the smog junk Ca requires or not. And I agree a junkyard would be the best bet for cost. Although, I suspect the cats are going to be pricey no matter where you can find them.
