That 8-ball look is by far the best i've seen on any Suburban so far....... im totally in love

Update on this after owning them for a while.

Still love them overall..... however the Chinky Morimoto Ballasts suck a**. These were replacements by the way.

Almost makes it better to go with a D2S so you can run OEM parts instead of Chinese stuff (or wherever they are made, to me if its not made here its automatically Chinese. :shrug:).

I think both of mine are now almost shot. I have to cycle the switch to get them to fire.

Sometimes both fire perfect.... sometimes the left one goes out..... sometimes the right one.

I plan on ordering new ballasts soon, and may also order 4500K bulbs this time.

If I had to do all over again I would NOT get the 5000K bulbs.

The light is a nice pure white, however it "dissipates" more.

Hard to explain but its like the light is disappearing when it gets far out.

I would get 4300K or 4500K as its slightly yellow and offers more lumens.

Consider 6 k. The yellower you get the more the light fades into the roads colors.
