Looks like some great output. Kind of surprised at how little foreground lighting there is, but that's partly due to the height of the trucks and the design of the projectors. Hard to get around that gap in light between your bumper and where the light hits the ground.

If you can, I'd love to see the output against a wall from about 50 feet or more. Gives a better idea of cutoff, width, and hotspots or uniformity in the lights.

I'll try to snapshot when I have a chance.

I make it like that for my references to see better, and when need it fog light will be on to fill that gap. It's took me a few tried to get that by cut out the housing and pulled back the projector a bit meaning I'm not fitting it thru the 9006 hole like showed on post # 1.

Question for you, how you do your fog light? I couldn't find any aftermarket clear housing (without diffuser lens) for me to put the blazers on, any suggestion?

I ended up using a combo of an aftermarket housing and plumbing parts for mine. Looks pretty nice, though. Light could be better...my fault for giving up on larger and harder to retro projectors. I think I could duplicate this mod now that I know what/how to do it with Blazers pretty easily. Huge thread on my process, start at about page 11 where I basically started all over from scratch and read from there. It may at the least give you some ideas, but I tell you what, a walk through Lowe's or Home Depot with your projectors in hand might just open your eyes to possibilities....lol.

Did he use a stock set of headlights from his Tahoe to retrofit them with the projectors?

Thank you

I would like to know if he does these on the side for other members, and if so how much it would cost.

Thanks

I use aftermarket with clear lens. It's called Spyder Auto Chevy Silverado 1500/2500/3500/Chevy Suburban 1500/2500/Chevy Tahoe Chrome Crystal Headlight.

I did a few for my friends and family but mostly *** cars. And since I'm very busy limited with time, holding their stuff up to 2wks so I would not dare to charge anyone.

It's just fun work on difference cars :)

I really like your work on those fog, it's look super clean.

I have two hours while waiting for the turkey to bake for Christmas Eve, so I work on my fog. And very sorry for not taking any process picture due to busy cooking.

Blazer projector ($45) with Mini Gatling Gun shroud ($15) glued on OEM bracket (not housing) so it's can be adjustable.

All lights off

No output picture yet, still find a good wall to do with both low and fog like mention above :) but the output and cutoff on the road while driving is nice.

If time is permit, I will take out the Mini Gating Gun and put in Apollo shrouds so it will be perfectly fit.
