How many people have used the storage compartment and the jack storage compartment to hide their amps out of site? Any overheating problems? I've been thinking about this so it's not seen and can build a box with two twelves that can just be unhooked and taken out so that all the cargo space is still there.

Not sure where my posts have disappeared to, but I posted pics of my install a while back. Both Amps hidden behind the passenger side rear panel. Everything is hidden except for the HU and subbox. Now I do have a 2dr, so the rear panel is big, but it's entirely doable in most of these trucks. Lots of room. just have to commit and get creative. I used a small fan for negative pressure ventilation in the cup holder. drilled some small vent holes in the rear seam. they never get hot.
