Thank You for the heads up. Especially since he hasn't even chimed in, I wont even order from him/them. I was going to a forum sponsor to purchase my hid's tonight but I'll just go with what I know works.

Order from my buddy 50 bucks and 2 year warranty on all parts. He also has LEDs that work great and custom DRLs

I think I'm going with the ddm kit. I believe that's in the similar price range with "lifetime" warranty. Plus the kit I'm after must be full digital, 55w with 6/6.5 start up amps.

Premature? Considering its almost been 30 days. Countless emails and many calls and still NOTHING and I'm premature? :supergay:

And regarding the NBS LED issues, I SPECIFICALLY ASKED HIM IF HIS LEDs CAUSED THIS ISSUE OR NOT before I made my purchase.

To say its GM's fault is incorrect. To fix this issue, you must install LED lights that use "canbus" technology. Those cause enough load in the voltage for them to work properly in most car applications today.


It would be one thing if he got back to me late. But this ordeal is pushing 30 days and I havent heard back from him since the 10th!!! And sometime tells me he isnt calling me back at all. Ive only called there 4 times since the 10th and keep getting the run around.

I feel Ive giving him every chance possible.

the way there system works is they answer emails in the order they get them, every time you send another email it bumps you back to the beginning again. so you potently could be delaying yourself if you send an email every other day.. and they never answered when i called i had the best luck on the live chat.. on their site

Sorry for the Delay people, Just getting back on here. We will look into this issue and see if we can give you a hand Don. Will look into it right now and Oscar will be making a appearance soon. He has been out on personal leave and he apologizes for the delay if anyone has tried to contact him. But he is back and trying to catch up on emails. Unfortunately this is not a perfect world and we do only deal with one customer at a time and at times we are forced to juggle multiple customers at a time and it can be quite confusing. But I will look into this issue as Oscar will look into this as well.

Secondly not sure why you disputed this to your credit card company as you received product working or not. Now we never said we would never take the product or help you to get it up and running. Keep in mind that your car is a fluke and look at how many cars we sell on this forum, silveradosierra.com and locally and don't have the issues you have. BUT never once did i say in that sentence that we would not help you regardless if we have had this issue. Also you contacted only Oscar and called 4 times. Did you ever leave a voice mail? I personally handle the voice mails and never came across this as this is the first time i have heard of this issue. As you have seen in reply's in this post people have gone to different lengths to contact us. Not just email or phone calls. We have live help along with general emails at [email protected] in which I AGAIN personally handle. Yes its not a perfect world and we don't deal with only one customer at time or a one forum and it might take little bit to get back to you but we eventually do get back to you. Just in this case Oscar was out and he apologizes for that but why ruin the opportunity for other customers to get quality products at a great price? What if that customer goes some where else as they have in this post to lets say DDM...in which if you live in the San Diego area you know that these guys do not care no do not answer emails to help you trouble shoot issues. So now because of this post you sent a potential customer to someone that does not care but only to make a buck and does not care if you have any issues and caused a potential customers of ours more of a headache in the end. Is that fair to this person? No. Lastly keep in mind that it is not the product that is faulty nor is it your car. Its the fact that YOUR car needs additional things in order for LED bulbs HID kits or whatever it is to work properly. Its how electrical systems work these days and how evolving technology works. Again we apologize for the delay and I personally jumped on here today to post pictures of other Chevy Vehicles we worked on and the work we did on them to show how good they turned out. I just bought my setup about a week ago and already have everything installed, I had a great experience sorry for your troubles

im missing brackets and the useres guide as well as zipties, if im going to spend 160 dollars i would hope to recieve all that i paid for.

We apologize for the inconvenience. We have some new blood around the shop and are learning how to pack orders and what goes out with orders. As many of you know we don't included zip ties as we have brackets. We can send you brackets if that's what you would like, do not have a problem doing it.

Are you telling me it was MY bad that Oscar disappeared and that I didnt try hard enough to get your attention when... as I already told you, I spoke to either YOU or some other guy 3 times and was told I would get a call back. THat never happened either!

WOW... again, you pretty much said all you had to right there! If you knew ANYTHING about the product you sold, you would know that in order to override the draw issues LEDs present, you either need the LEDS to support CANBUS or you need to add resistors. I also specifically asked Oscar if these were 100% plug and play BEFORE I purchased them and was told yea yea sure.

To top it off, you have the balls to talk crap on another company in your in weak effort to save face with the community. What do you know about DDM? Im not fan boy for them, but insterestly enough, I have purchased hids from them in the past and I have NO issues getting ahold of them or with my order.

Your whole post speaks VOLUMES about your character and the company you support. You guys have not once replied or called me back since Oscar took off. :supergay:!



And heres a tip for you and your company. Try educatiing yourself on the products you sell first. Your LEDS dont support canbus. And they should considering every other chinese knock off LED supports it now.

Ok I am sorry but bro grow some balls and be a man. You are not a woman right? Then dont act like a *****. complaining and whining like a hoe to a pimp will do no good.

They are a reputable dealer. Since many have made purchases from them and repeat purchases that leads many to believe they make or distribute a quality product. If you had a bad experience then let them know and be patient. Small businesses take time to respond. I personally have never dealt with them because I get mine cheaper with ballasts that are not made in china etc. However I have seen stuff from them in vehicles and they looked good.

If you are wanting a refund going the route you chose was not a smart one. If you want a replacement that is definitely a bad way to go about asking for one.
