High Pitch noise in rear speakers

Can someone post a picture of what it looks like? My 2012 has the same problem like my passenger side speakers sounds like it's got a ground problem or distortioned.

The rear speaker control unit is the thing with the knobs, seat heater controls (If equipped), rear seat HVAC Controls, Back seat radio controls... It is pretty easy to change...

Update: I changed the unit in my Tahoe from Amazon (It cost me $120) and it fixed the whine...

Just joined, have the same issue with the '09 I just bought this morning. Did a little search and found this thread. Looks like this is what I need to get to work on first.
