TIM Z
DMAX Power
Guys the Efan install is easy.
I did this mod today on my 95 Tahoe, as well as on my old 04 Z71.
On my 04 Z71 i had to buy a new radiator that 34'' if i remeber correctley.
So i swapped the radiator, took out the fan blade and radiator shroud.
The new E-Fans just slide right in and bolt up.
I bought a Harness from Nelson performance at the time which was like factory, plugged right in, Had to run two pin out wires to the PCM to control the fans, and have my PCM tuned to turn on the fans.
Very easy, I Think Blackbear sells this fan harness also?
In my 95 Tahoe, i bought a set of E fans from an 06' silverado, had to trim a liitle bit of the plastic on the fan housing but it fit nice ( after i removed the clutch fan and shroud obviously ! )
I had to make two small brackets to bolt the new fans in place, no biggie, took 15 min.
I ordered a fan relay/wiring kit from Mr. Gasket that controls the fans , on at 190*, off at 170*.
I will post up pics in a new thread tomorrow.
You guys can do this, its not hard!!!
