Hey y'all, new kid with a new truck, and I'm all about the 2-doors.

I had an '87 K5 that I swapped for an '01 Tahoe in '06. I drove that '01 for 12 trouble-free years but missed the K5 the whole time.

Earlier this year I got serious about finding another 2-door. This is the picture the dealer posted. LOL He posted it Thursday night and I was there Friday morning, a couple of months ago.

It's a '95 LT. There are no graphics but it does have the Z/71 RPO. It's as unmolested and sweet, inside and out, as it looks here. I plan on keeping it a long time.View attachment 207631

Sorry man, I almost missed this. I'm still figuring out how this particular forum works.

It's gray leather inside. I had the stereo upgraded and put the factory unit away for safe storage. I added a shelf across the front, from LMC Truck. It attaches at the sun visor mounts, then the visors attach to it. It's real handy but I'm tall, so it interferes a little with visibility of traffic lights.

My old '87 K5 was white with the red? maroon? interior. It worked ok in that old truck but I sure wouldn't like it in this one.

there is a pic of it on page 13, it's not that bad. it's better than the blue at least. I really wanted gray but these things are hard to find in good shape I got tired of waiting

LOL I understand that. It's why this one isn't white and doesn't have barn dors in back.

It's not easy custom ordering 20-25 year old vehicles.
