My favorite thing is that you can unplug it before you have your vehicle serviced and the dealer will not know that you even used it.
I am using the same module.
For $200, it is a great investment into making the truck the way it should be.
I have yet to notice any battery drain as some have expressed. However, my truck never sets for more than 3 days at a time. If it does, I unplug the module and place in my center console.

Same here, no battery drain to report ;)

If you were to go for a long freeway drive would it be ok to unplug it and get better gas mileage? Has anyone unplugged it after being plugged in and ran that way for a while and then plug it back in? Any issues going back and forth?

The website states improved gas mileage but I'm not sure that is believable. Or is that for a different product?

There are two models- one to improve gas mileage; one to eliminate AFM.
I have gone back and forth with it several times. I do this as you say, to save gas mileage on long trips.
No problems whatsoever.
The only 'negative' is that when it is unplugged you then really notice when the AFM kicks in! lol

I have 13,000 miles on my 2015i Denali over the course of the past 13 months. No noticeable cabin pressure and/or noise on mine. I did notice it on a 2015 that I test drove before ordering mine. I have had other issues but most are minor and more annoyances rather than deal breakers. To date I have had:

-Exhaust 'chirp' when the butterfly valve in the exhaust system opened (fixed by dealer replacing entire exhaust system under warranty)
-Glitchy flicker in infotainment system. Dealer acknowledges that it exists...GM knows about it, but has no solution yet
-iPhone freaking out infotainment system (switches source over to BT audio whenever I do anything that has sound on my phone)...waiting for a fix from iOS 9.3 next week but in the meantime I have a workaround by just switching Siri off.
-Rearseat video headphones and remote would randomly loose connection to the DVD player and would then just as randomly reconnect. Took it in to the dealer who could not replicate the issue but reflashed to a newer firmware anyhow and it seems to have worked...no issues since July of 2015.

Overall I really like the truck. It is a 3 year lease and I was very concerned about getting a first year car. It is powerful, big enough for me and my family to go on vacation, has a really great audio system and a great ride and feel. There are a few things that I would change on my 2015 (I wish it had intellibeam and to me the windshield washer controls seem backwards...in my brain the front windshield should be on the button on the end of the stalk and the rear washer should be on the paddle half way up the stalk, I also wish that all the power outlets stayed hot when the truck is off). Other than these minor annoyances it has been a pretty good experience. I will seriously consider another one in 23 months.

Agreed. I lease all my vehicles through my business; does not make sense owning. So I am less concerned than others about first year issues. My infotainment screen is glitchy also and it lurches hard when shifting into drive/reverse when the transmission is cold. They fixed a bad cable in the infotainment console that was causing the screen to go black occasionally.
Besides these issues, and due to the fact that I carry no sentimental value to vehicles due to leasing, I really love this truck!

Curious why leasing changes your attitude on the truck? You're still paying the depreciation on it which is what everyone does...even if they buy...its just a different format for paying for the depreciation (you pay for it up front, buyers pay for it when they sell it/trade it)
