This is the rubber stopper on the lower front control arm. How much clearance is it suppose to have? Should I cut, remove or buy a new shorter one?

Have dropped spindles and 2" lowered springs on the front!

unknown at this time.
More then that.:)

If the suspension was untouched from factory ( we can allow dropped spindle here) You would want this:

Work it as bet as you can.

You are not going to get ideal clearance unless you put stock springs back in.

you can unbolt it and buy DJM ones if you want. id just try cutting it at first and see how it rides. lowered trucks will almost always ride like doodoo

Tks comit and sunlit. Ride is what it is. About the same to me. 2dr ride stok sucked any ways. I was just trying figure out what factory spacing would be. I know I am getting travel cause large bumps undsr speed the front air dam botfoms out. So that rubber stopper has to be being smashed.

I did cut it in half. Started with an air saw. Just made smoke. Then sawz saw, same thing. Went to a cut off wheel that did the trick.

Diference in hard cornering. Before it would porpoise off of the stop. On way to work have a corner getting ocf the 417 onto the 528 that you can go at 65 mph
