In my experience, more oil is caught via catch can during stop & go driving than during highway driving.

Oh, to the OP- you're passing WAY too much oil in your PCV system. I'd look for a clog somewhere. Maybe your PCV valve is stuck or clogged?
Shouldn't the intake be pulling from the baffled side, not the tank side? Why would you want to "filter the incoming oil, instead of filtering the air going into the intake?
It's how I ran mine.This is exactly the conversation I'd like to have one and for all.... Right now, I'm piped the way "they" say. In through the top, out from the side, but my brain says that's wrong...
Just to be clear, I ran mine by filtering the outgoing air through the baffle.Dain bramage
