How to cancel the xm radio notice on the dash"07tahoe"

As in the heading I want to cancel the notice that flashes on the dash, it started after I swapped the factory radio, got all the right gear from crutchfield but I don't use xm just need the stupid notice gone

What notice? I changed out the head unit in my 07 Yukon and do not remember receiving any type of notice.

I had this issue and you have to follow the instructions in the wiring harness's info. I don't remember offhand but you use the steering wheel controls to turn it off. I had to walk @07Burb through it as well... I'll try to find it.

It gives you a notice of xm toll free number and the xm code assigned to the truck

Believe it's the first one it was to retain onstar and steering wheel controls for a Bose equiped, right now it works great except for that
