Hello,
I have a 1996 GMC Yukon that needs a new brake switch.
Pretty sure its not hard to swap them out, but I simply can't reach the thing. I can touch it, but I can't get any kind of tool in there or anything.
So I guess my question is less about how to replace the brake switch and more along the lines of how to properly access it.
I tried to take off that bracket that's mounted in front of the brake pedal but that doesn't help, it won't come off far enough to open up room.
Got any ideas? Maybe some instructions that are specific to a 1995 Yukon? All the instructional video's I have seen are with vehicles that don't have this same challenge.
Let me know what you think.
Thanks.
