Hey Blu - I do have the results for 1/2t and 3/4t caliper test and will definitely post the results when I combine the hydro.

I'm hoping I can tackle the hydro next week so I can do an apples to apples test with the brake setup and the current tire/rim combo. The tires are getting low on rubber and really need to be replaced soon.

I'll also run the test on my larger 17" rims and 285 tires (when they come in) to give everyone an idea running a larger setup some of the advantages.

I think one weekend i'm literally going to sit in front of the computer and post all of my how-to's and test results. All the photos are sitting in the camera, i just need to clean up a few loose ends before I post everything.

Sounds awesome! I am running 16x8s with 285/75s and can tell you that even with my garbage pad and rotor setup (for now half worn raybestos pads with stock turned and WARPED rotors) I can finally activate the ABS and lock the tires going forward. Definitely was not possible with the vac setup even if I put both feet on the pedal.

Setup has less groaning now that everything is settled in. The heat I don't think is too much of a factor right now after that adjustment on the T. When I can take a temp of the fluid I will let everyone know.
