Yea i guess im just not sure how they go on with it here since its a fairly new program..maybe show by example and tow all the cars possible so people think 2x.before being jackasses?
I dare not do this but has anyone ever done something to someone texting and driving?

I tend to get away from them/back off and watch for them to run off the road or something stupid like that. I get a kick out of seeing them get pulled overy by the local LEO catching them in the act. Stupid is as stupid does....
In most states, any car that hits the back of another car is 100% at fault in the eyes of insurance companies... Just sayin'. So if you ever get hit by one of these dumbs#!ts and they want to fight it in court, just request their cell phone records.

I usually just run them off the road.. That'll learn em.
.. but seriously. I'm usually watching the road, not really looking at what other people are doing in their cars unless I'm stopped at a light or something. In which case, when I see it, I just shake my head.. and go back to updating my Facebook status and "checking in" at whatever signal I'm at.
